Prices slashed for luxury Sentinel apartments

Some luxury apartments in the North Shore's tallest tower are reselling for much less than their original asking price.

Rick Martin, who developed Takapuna's 30-level Sentinel tower at 3 Northcroft St, said units were selling at big discounts to the price paid.

"Things have picked up on the sales side and there's a lot of traffic through the Sentinel, which is good," Martin said.

"Some of the sales are now at40 per cent to 50 per cent off the original prices so some peopleare picking up a bargain," he said.
